Love this product + good customer service

My first experience was when I bought 5 displates and the experience was great! Great quality and good shipping time. The second time I bought 2 displates from them and the delivery service shipped it to the wrong place so I didn't receive the order. After I contacted displate support about the issue, they replied right away and tried to get in touch with the shipping company. I was notified that the shipping company could not help with the issue but that displate would send me a replacement for the order right away. A couple days later, I received 2 new beautiful displates. Great customer service!

Disappointed

Disappointed. For Christmas my brother bought me a big poster moved, it was hung on a wall that could not be smoother and after 2 months all the magnets took off even having followed all the instructions the poster did not hold and it is a second time it arrived. On the other hand, I have a second medium-sized poster and with 2 magnets that one doesn’t move me. For the price I am really disappointed.

The shipping company lost my package…

The shipping company lost my package and was giving me the run around. I contacted Displate's customer support and they immediately opened an investigation with the shipping company. Then a week later they shipped me out a new one. It was there fault it got lost but I was very satisfied with their reaction and how they handled it. Plus the product is second to none. I can never buy a normal poster again.

Fast shipping and responsive customer…

Fast shipping and responsive customer service. I had an issue with one of the metal prints damaged during shipping and they took care of it right away.
Prints look great and plan on ordering more soon.

Great Customer Support from Damaged Limited Edition

My third order from Displate unfortunately arrived damaged. One of the corners was bent about 3cm out from being flat. This is the first time I have had to contact Displate and I have to say they were outstanding.
I wasn't sure what the process would be. I had seen previous people saying they would replace damaged Displates, but since this was a Limited Edition I didn't know what would happen.
Customer Support replied to my initial email in just over 30 minutues, which I was just amazed at. They immediately said they would get a replacement sent to me (was lucky they had one left over!). I had several emails from them confirming what was happening. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Can't thank all the people involved enough. Thank you!
Six days later and I have a pristine version. Can't wait to get it on my wall.
Thank you to all who helped me.

One of the best

Two displates fell of my wall and I got both of them replaced as well as a pack of extra magnets to better secure them.

I have asked for support 6 months after…

I have asked for support 6 months after buying displates and was worried about being too late! However the Customer Service is outstanding and I really can’t rate them high enough! Very quick response extremely helpful and they resolved the matter beyond my expectations. Thank You so much I would highly recommend buying from Displate !

Good Quality but Shipping/Duty Fees are Insane

I ordered 3 medium sized Displates and used a youtuber's promo code to get 30% of the total price. This brought my total, for just the Displates, to $90.00 CAD. I didn't realize initially that they are based in Poland and not the U.S., so I was pretty shocked to see the $32.00 shipping fee also be tacked on, bringing my total to $122.00 CAD. I was even further surprised to then get smacked with a another $33.00 CAD import duty/fee, bringing my overall total for just 3 Displates to $155.00 CAD, and that was with the intial 30% discount. Mind you, it is partially on me for not digging around the site first, but some more prominent warnings about the large shipping cost not also covering the import duty/fee, which I thought was why it was so expensive, would have been nice during the checkout process. The art itself is very nice quality but at such a steep price, especially just for the smallest option, with pretty insane shipping/duty costs, I doubt I will be making any future purchases with them. If you're in Poland and don't have to worry about shipping costs then this is probably great. However, if you're in Canada or the U.S. just be very wary that you should expect the shipping/duty fees to cost you almost double the price of a single Displate, on top of whatever you ordered.

Support is great, packaging could be better

I ordered 4 Displates but while shipping the packaging got broken which led to a smal damage on all displates. The customer support replied really quick and they send me new ones imediately. But maybe it would be better to pack them in more than one thin carton so if it falls down while shipping it still arrives safety. For the climate aspect less packaging is good but there should be a better balance of enough packaging for safe transport and less production of waste.

i love displate ♥

I have 10 displates, and every displate is amazing quality. I had issues with a magnet kit, one displate fell off my wall, I contacted the support and they answered me 30 minutes later. They will send me 2 magnet kits for free! The support is amazing ♥

clear communication and prompt support

customer support was very helpful and prompt with their communication, so while it was disappointing my first displate arrived damaged, a replacement was sent out quickly, free of charge and has now arrived in perfect condition.
very happy with the product and support team.
